Let's Go Fishing!

M & I promised a fish dinner this evening, so off we went on  charter with 4 others of our party. We headeed south down the Baja Peninsula to very near Punta Pulmo, which has a huge reef area with many species. M caught a feisty Skip-Jack and I caught a beautiful Dorado. After the boat-man fileted both fish, we had enough for the 18 of us....plus a little bit for sashimi. I grilled the fish with lime juice and olive oil. Yum!
