Anglomania Rocking Horse

This is a wonderful shoe installation created in 1985 by Vivienne Westwood and currently on display as part of an exhibition of her Harris textiles at Melissa in Covent Garden. The gigantic platform shoe is complete with saddle and you are invited to ride this iconic shoe. I admit I. did not climb on board.

Its been another damp and foggy day and we went to our local parish church in the grounds of Lullingstpne Castle for Christmas carols.

Tonight we are going to a christmas party at our next door neighbours. Not far to go and no worries about getting cabs. Her parties are always good fun so looking forward to a boogie.
