Jo Cox

I had a super lunch at a excellent restaurant in Wapping with this view of Tower Bridge. And the houseboat way over on the left of this picture was the London home of the late Jo Cox - the murdered MP. So tragic that it still makes me well up. 

And I thought of her family missing her, especially at this time of the year. And her poor little children who want their mum with them by the Christmas tree. I think we should give our politicians more credit for their commitment, especially when we know that there are nutters out there intent on harming them.

I took other bright and colourful pictures today - see extras. But this one has the most impact on me.
