A mostly overcast and rainy day, leading to storm conditions in the evening.

A few bits of shopping to get this morning, only have fresh food now to get for the Big Day.

This evening was the Choir's Christmas Concert in the local Church, Almerimar.   Alan had to be there for 6.45 for practice, Mass was to be at 8.00 and the concert at 8.30. 
 
I saw a lady from Pilates and sat with her,  and not being Catholic, I was merely an observer.   The concert afterwards went very well, singing traditional Spanish Christmas songs and White Christmas in Spanish!
Very well received by the audience.

The photo was taken with my phone so not the best, but it was taken just before they started so they were not ignoring the Music Director!

Whilst in the Church the Thunder and Lightening started and we had to wait for 15 minutes before it baited before attempting to get to the car.

The Choir had been invited to go to the Pensionistas Club, but the road to it always gets flooded so we headed home instead.

A lovely evening spoiled a little by the weather.   Next Concert is in El Ejido on the evening of the 5th January.
