School update

The new school building is growing rapidly and infract is ahead of schedule. The steel frame has been completed and  the concrete for the floors should start to be poured next week. The Council have also agreed to demolish the old classroom block and use the area for a new sports area and the inevitable increase in car parking. When the school was built in the 1950 most of the staff and pupils walked to school, now it seems everyone down to the sixth form wants to drive to school with the country pupils delivered by bus. We are constantly told that the country is suffering from an an obesity  crisis , I wonder why.?
