Great day out

Asked daughter L to accompany me on a trip out, so after dashing to get another headlight bulb replaced (grrrr!) we jumped on a very crowded train to Leeds.  First stop Hotel Chocolat for a choco coffee latte and orange and chocolate scone (yum) then a mooch round the New Victoria Quarter (forgot my John Lewis card!), the beautiful Corn Exchange the arcades the wonderful old market, and the Trinity Centre.  Wonderful tapas lunch with gin cocktails plus Irish coffee then a bit of shopping (I didn't buy anything!) before dashing for a train to Saltaire to see the Advent Windows - had been sold the wrong train tickets so had to fork out again for the return journey (annoying).  Too many photos to publish so a small collage. A few more in extras. Lovely day, but sore feet now!
