Haworth at Christmas

I have been to Haworth today to get my Christmas sparkly nails done. It was lovely and sunny so I had a walk up  Main Street to see Haworth in its Christmas finery. I always associate it with Christmas as I often spent Christmas Eve here as a child.

I actually walked up ans down the setts twice as I lost my camera case - you may be able to spot it in this picture! On return from my second pull up the hill I spotted it on the wall here outside one of our favourite restaurants where we have celebrated several family and friends special events.

One reflecting the industrial heritage of the area and the other the literary associations of the Bronte sisters. We are very lucky because they are also surrounded by great countryside.
