Riskin' It All

Evening all.

Usually i don't mind accepting a mild degree of risk when pursuing a blip.

I'm happy to stand in a raging river to get a photo of a waterfall, i'm comfy standing in the branches of tall trees to get a shot of my daughter abseiling through the canopy.
I'm prepared to stand knee deep in snow and be run into by giggling children on sledges, i'm even prepared to brave the midst of a mosh pit to try and get a sneaky concert photo.

Today i was even forced to flee a field when a crow set off some bird scarers and i thought i was being shot at.....but i'm not prepared for even one second to get any closer than i have to, to a beast this size, with big pokey pokey things coming out of its head .....

daft i may be, but stupid i ain't! (This may be debatable though)
