Serendipity

I was unpacking my final boxes last night, and found this William Morris fabric that dorsetb and my mum gave me some years back.. I draped it over a ladder to see what it would look like in my living room and I think it will work well..  As I looked into the room, there is the portrait of my gran, and it just seemed somewhat fitting.

There is the exact right amount for one curtain, so have got an exact same quantity off eBay to make its partner.  Lets just hope it and the sewing table legs arrive before I head back to Switzerland after Christmas!
