We have a wonderful small bbq called a Cobb which I cannot recommend highly enough. Not only is it completely portable, reliable and safe it also cooks food succulently and quickly time after time. You can buy extenders, grillers, spits, smokers and all sorts for your Cobb but we, as you can see, don't have time for any of those fancy gubbins. No, when the chicken's just a tad too big for the pot, we turn to our old friend concrete. Stylish don't you think?
