Christmas in the Park

I was walking through Witton Country Park alongside the river and the sole decoration in the park was hanging from this tree.
How did it get there? Did it blow in on the storm? Did a Yuletime reveler get tangled in the branches? Did someone actually choose just this branch in the whole park to hang their tinsel?
Anyway, this lonely piece of tinsel is now wishing everyone on Blip a very Merry Christmas!
