River Forth at Aberfoyle

After a perfect Christmas Day, we got up a little late.   The weather is quite horrendous, so we pottered, and cleared up the debris of yesterday.  Some phone calls thanking, and receiving thanks. 

The HG ventured out to get a paper and some bread rolls (amazing that we feel like a little something after the feasts of yesterday).......

We decided to have a wee trip to the Trossachs, and enjoyed the drive and also the coffee at the end.  Had a wee (very short) walk around and a wee look at the goods on offer in the Wool Centre, some sale stuff but to be honest we have everything we need and want.

Home to heat up leftovers from yesterday, very tasty;  I actually froze some of the turkey to have in weeks to come, as there is just too much, but we had lots of leftovers of other kinds, and some trifle too!

Now going to watch some TV and relax.
