Ahead of itself

Normal communications resume after a couple of busy days. Still have visitors but they are out and about doing some sight seeing and relation visiting today. They are cooking tea so hope they make an appearance soon.

The hydrangea flower has many phases and here is one floret that has beaten the others to open. I was out as soon as the sun hit it which was just as well as it blew sou west after lunch.

I do hope you all had the Christmas you had planned and rested up on Boxing Day ready for the fast approaching New Year.
