Buntingford bumps

Unfortunately, and on Lady A's Birthday too, this is the only picture I took today. This is the 6th time I've done the Buntingford 10 mile race, up & down the hills of Hertfordshire, but this year we entered as a team and our A team won it, B team came 3rd. PBs all round and our top eight were in the top 32 out of 500. Exhausting and wanted to collapse at the end.

Then a relaxing afternoon before dinner at the very plush Hawksmoor Steak restaurant in Spitalfields.
