Bunts

Chuffed with a 29th placed position (out of 500 before SMLP comes back with a wise crack) in Buntingford / Hertfordshire Championships 10 mile race in 63 minutes this morning. Rather muddy but made eating very sensibly over Christmas worthwhile. A PB by 3 minutes and on this course over 6 against last years. Shows what benefits joining a running club can do.

One more 10 mile race on New Years Eve and that's it for running this year (...). 1250 miles. That's the distance between London and Sofia in Hungary.
