Frosty morning

A beautiful frosty morning, and as we're not working there was time to have a wander in the garden with the macro lens.

I loved the red colour in the rose stem which is why I featured it as the main shot, but also liked the rose leaf, and the lavender seed-head that feature as the extras.

We're off to visit John's auntie this afternoon who is in hospital again, so spending the morning catching up on bits and pieces of jobs.
