Our week in the cottage, day 6

I went sightseeing with my mother today. My father and Kári didn't feel like leaving the cottage, so they stayed behind.

We went driving in an area called Fljótshlíð and explored a few landmarks there (like Hlíðarendi, Nínulundur, Þorsteinslundur and Gluggafoss). When we were heading back we drove past a mountain called Stóra-Dímon (Big-Dimon) and decided on a whim to turn back and climb it. We weren't disappointed, the view from the top was great!
