Cottage in Lickey
In Tuesday's blip I mentioned Lord Austin's connection with the village of Lickey.
Today's image also has an Austin connection. This pretty thatched cottage on Rose Hill was build by Lord Austin in 1919 for his secretary. It was built from green elm and is called 'Thatched Elms'.
I like the thatch figures on the top the roof - a fox on the right and a duck with three ducklings on the left.
It is currently for sale. If you have £300,000 to spare it could be yours.
