Gloom....

damp and grey all day.  Our local council has decided to save money by turning off the residential street lights between midnight and 5 a.m and with the fog last night it was impossible to see anything at all outside.  I definitely feel less safe now.  We decided not to take Little B out today, I don't think he was overly keen in any case but given his penchant for disappearing into the woods lately I think it's for the best.  
I had a parcel to return and tried two of the drop off points neither of which would accept any more parcels.... try again tomorrow they said.... I thought this process was meant to make it easy!
