Just ......

kicking back before the fireworks begin.  We peaked a bit too early because we went to lunch with our friends around 2pm and by the time we got home at 5.30 it was dark so we got into our comfy jamas and collapsed for the evening.  We've started to do this as it means that Little B won't be alone when the bangs start and the others are out.  Since the fireworks started around 6 pm here, he's eaten nothing and refused to go outside for a tiddle.
