He's vertical!
Less than 48 hours after having an 8inch plate inserted to repair a shattered femur Gwyn is hopping mobilizing without any sort of cast or splint on his damaged leg. The post-operative pain is diminishing and we hope that he will be fit to be discharged tomorrow to spend a couple of days at home before returning to Cardiff where, fortunately enough, he shares a ground floor flat with his girlfriend.

For obvious reasons I haven't spent much time on Blip for the past few days. Many thanks to those who have sent messages of sympathy and encouragement.
