Lunchtime treat

Well, Christmas Day to me wouldn't be quite the same without a roast, although I quite appreciate the feelings of those who prefer a vegetarian diet.
But, it's not for me so when chef Rob produced Beef Wellington for lunch I was more than satisfied.
Turkey?  Traditional maybe, but me thinks this was a whole lot more appetising  than a turkey might have been.
I did get turkey sandwiches later on though!
Was I spoilt ?  You bet!
