002 — Pet (or the closest thing we have)

To give me some direction I'm using the eBook "Vision 365: Mastering the Everyday Practice of Seeing" to guide me on my journey to learning to see. I'm hoping the mindfulness approach to the assignments will work well with the more mindful approach I'm personally working towards.

Very sadly we had to say goodbye in 2016 to a member of the family, our cat CJ (aka the Face of Fur). I would have loved for him and our daughter Elowyn to meet, I know they would have been best friends.


Since we are a household without a pet (for now), rather than impose ourselves on friends for today's assignment, I chose Elowyn's bath time rubber duck. Well that's kinda close. Maybe.
