Another Page...Another Year

I've kept a diary for the last three years, which have turned out to be rather eventful, including:  my retirement, M's cancer (successfully treated so far) & possible MS diagnosis (jury's still out on that one) , M's retirement, moving house and location, building work and renovation of our new home (still ongoing) and our best friend moving here too.  I started writing it during the last few months of my full time employment, and it's now unthinkable not to write up the day's events every night.  It's good to look back, especially after difficult times, just to remind yourself that you're stronger than you think and to appreciate the wonderful days.  So, I turn the page to another new year with anticipation of all the good times to come. 


I kept a diary right after I was born. Day 1: Tired from the move. Day 2: Everyone thinks I'm an idiot.
