Vampires and chips

Beautiful sunny cold day to explore Whitby. Walked non stop round the little cobbled streets, along the harbour walls and esplanade then up these steps to the abbey ruins (just visible in the extra) and back. Lots more interesting shops to look at than I remembered and had some delicious curd tart with coffee and S bought some jet earrings.
Back to the guest house to read some of the book group book for next Monday then back out again to the Magpie cafe for a delicious fish dinner....huge portions and beautifully cooked. Staggered home afterwards!
