It's just not cricket!

I'd been looking forward to the cricket, England v South Africa, that was supposed to happen at Cardiff today, but the weather beat everyone. Play was supposed to start at 10:15am but because of a constant drizzle the covers remained on, the morning went on and turned into afternoon and still there was no sign of a start. We decided to head for lunch, but when the heavy rain started we decided to call it quits and head into the city centre for a proper bite to eat.

Luckily the bar had free Wi-Fi so we were able to watch updates on the cricket just in case they did actually start, and lo and behold there were signs of a change in the weather, the covers came off and the players came out. We made a mad dash back to the ground, a walk of about 15 minutes, got to the ground and the heavens opened and the match abandoned. Blast!
