Glass Christmas Tree

Well I thought I was going to manage the blip addiction today by going out without my camera and feigning insouciance of anything worthy of record, but the need set in as I waited the arrival of my original friend of many talents ( I now have three- I collect them!) who is over from Ireland for a week.

However you see what I have done - I have used my phone and the Blipfoto app and quickly blipped the beautiful glass Christmas tree she gave me for my Christmas. I would have been delighted to offer her portrait up to you had she been willing to appear on these pages, which she is not.

I do feel a kind of liberation in knowing that at any time I can have the day off. The suspense is in not knowing when.
