New Year Babies

Our local Alicante newspaper carried photos of the first babies born this year, in the Province.....wonderful optimistic photos of young families sharing their special moments with the readers.
Also, this week, in a well known Daily British newspaper, which I read on my iPad.....there was a wonderful optimistic series of photos....showing Spanish centenarians.....
apparently, there are more than 100,000 people living in Spain today, who are more than 100 years old.
Lifestyle, family life, food, climate ...and perhaps, a chunk of good fortune....explain why Spanish people enjoy such long lives.
What great news for these newly born, New Year Babies......
