R.I.P. Val

Today was Auntie Val's funeral.  The day cleared to provide a nice sunny afternoon for the service.  We had Val here at home prior to the funeral.  She looked lovely and peaceful, and it was a beautiful way to say our final goodbyes to someone who was such a huge part of our lives.
