Lincoln

My first lunchtime walkabout of 2017, starting with a wander up Calton Hill (surprisingly busy with hardy tourists, well done!) and then back down to Waterloo place, to find that the Old Calton Burial Ground is open again.   This, of course, is Lincoln - is it just me, or does he seem more judgemental than usual?

I looked up some Lincoln quotes.  This seemed appropriate:

"Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man's character, give him power."

Or what about this?:

"Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt."
