Old man's beard

Still no heating at work but at least I was more prepared today with thick tights, a long sleeved t shirt under my dress and boots. 

Had a quick walk at lunchtime. The sun went in as soon as I stepped out of the building and there were some ominous dark clouds. I tried to stalk a Jay in the trees but couldn't get a reasonable shot. I liked these fluffy, tangled seed heads by the lake. 

Got back to the office just as it started to rain. 

Husband had put away the Christmas tree by the time I got home. Back to normality.
