Industrial Heartland Canal

This section of canal is in a previously heavily industrialised area of the Black Country in the West Midlands.  The industry is now very different and the canals are now used mainly for recreation.  This section is next door to an industrial estate but has all the beauty and interest of an old canal and its accoutrements.

It's been very cold and crisp today with ice on some sections of the canal.  It's even colder tonight!

A busy day still trying to sort out repercussions from the Troubled Young Man but we will get there eventually.
