Wallington fun

Ella thought it was morning at 3.45 am. She went back to sleep but I didn't!

It took ages to persuade Nathaniel to get dressed but eventually we got out and drove to Wallington to play first of all in the fort. Then we headed down through the woods to the train. They played pretend there for 2 hours. Here Ella is watching Grandad and Nathaniel climbing.

We had to pretend to be monsters to get them back up the hill to the cafe for lunch. Luckily they were patient as it took ages to come. Nathaniel ate a whole jacket potato and cole slaw - he is usually quite a lazy eater but obviously all the exercise gave him a better appetite.

Now we are home and they are playing at Santa delivering presents to children.
