Upcycling

A new year doesn't properly kick in without some re-organisation of space.  Just the thing for a weather dreary day.  However, it can be a lengthy process.  Moving one thing from one place to another shouldn't be done without careful thought and, once moved, detailed consideration is given on whether it is a better place.  Advice is often summoned.  Sometimes it is moved back.
