Tarn Crag

Another fine, cold day - so another Wainwright outing. Parked at Grasmere and walked up to Tarn Crag above Easedale Tarn. On the web it had the details of the route one (straight up) walk as 3.5 miles - perfect as I was seeing Mike in the evening. What the internet didn't make clear was that it was 3.5  miles each way! So having parked out of Grasmere on the A591, I still ended up with an 8-mile walk.

Still got home by 2, and was in plenty of time for Mike.
