Dashed about this morning doing boring shopping so's I could make it to the farm in time for a hack with Emma and the boys. She said she hoped I was feeling strong as they were a bit fresh ... In the event, Nelson was pretty well behaved. He has certainly been more of a handful in the past, there have been times I thought my arms were going to drop off! This time he was quite restrained, especially compared to Jack, who was very full of it. Emma's a very experienced rider, but even so I was glad I was with her as Jack gave me a few heart attacks, nevermind her! We all arrived home in one piece thankfully.
