Treasured

This ring, as well as an agate necklace given me by my daughter-in-law, were the only jewellery I had with me during the 2.5 years I was out of the house, waiting for the earthquake repairs. It was simpler for everything else to stay secure at my neighbours' home. I'd seen the ring in Rhodes, while I was waiting for a friend to try on a dress - she took just long enough for me to make up my mind! It's Iranian turquoise set in gold, and the band is white gold. Anyone who knows me will have seen it often.
