The weather that caused the lifeboat problems in yesterdays blip arrived onshore today so we've had heavy rain and force 6 winds all day.

It did stop this afternoon long enough for me to pop over the the kitesurfing beach and sure enough they were having great fun in the calm water of the estuary entrance.

This chap spent about 10 seconds in the air each time he turned and was getting about 20 feet off the water. He just looked like he could hang there forever !
