Physiotherapy Monday

After being back at work this morning, I was then away to Slateford Medical Centre this afternoon for some physiotherapy on my bashed in shoulder. Clare, the physiotherapist, was great and I now have my own Personal Expercise Plan with loads of different shoulder exercises I need to undertake on a daily basis.

Next stop, the pre-assessment appointment on Friday, before the orthopaedics admission and operation at the beginning of February. Who would have thought that falling over on a icy pavement would have had such consequences, oh well... you can guess I am not looking forward to the ice weather forecast for the end of this week!
