Soave's Ice Cream

Mum, Dad and I had a picnic on Croy hill today in some lovely warm sunshine. Then we walked down the hill towards the canal and along the canal bank to the Boathouse. Along the way we saw lots of butterflies and dragonflies and when we stopped to look very carefully, we could see fish swimming around in the canal. When we arrived at the Boathouse we had some lovely Soave's ice cream on the decking. Then we saw a big black cloud looming, but the car was on the other side of the hill. So Mum set off to get it. She had Dad's jacket, but she still got completely soaked. Dad and I were okay though, we waited in the Boathouse and played 'Big Sister Penguin's Birthday'.
