First of all thank you all for your kind words yesterday! Blip wouldn't be half as much fun without you all!! :-)

Busy day! Fitbit told me I had done 5000 steps by lunchtime.... bang goes the myth that teachers sit behind their desks all day drinking coffee ... ;-)

Met a friend for a coffee - English breakfast tea in my case - at the new Bistro Pierre in Altrincham ... then home for roasted vegetables and a quick walk to achieve my 12000 steps!
