Tulliallan Castle
If I'd taken my time with this shot I could have framed the trees better or found a better composition. But I had my mad mutt tugging one arm and a nagging concern that security for this police college would strong arm me for taking photos in it's (publicly funded) private grounds. Even though I was using a 13 year old "1st generation" digital camera with a filter tube blu-tacced on the front, I think it might have got me into a bit of bother in this security-bonkers day and age.
It's a useful short cut through the college grounds to Devilla Forest where I headed to a gorgeous loch with an island of trees where you can often seee groups of herons. No bird life at all today. All I saw was a nice couple from Kincardine with a giant poodle.
After that I had an hour to kill before picking Corrie up from his saturday club, so I went into the Sony Centre in Alloa and dribbled over the Nex-7 on display and took away the brochure. I'd have to sell all my camera gear just to put a deposit down, but I do have lottery ticket for tonight :-~
