The Best Medicine

Nothing hits the spot better when one is under the weather than a bowl of hot vegetable soup. The downside is the energy exerted in peeling and chopping. You know things are not brilliant when you have to sit down and recover from the exertion.This cold I have comes by Appointment to the Queen, I think.

Yesterday evening saw some unwelcome activity on my Facebook site when somebody hacked into my account and sent friend requests and odd messages to my contacts. I have changed my password and things seem to have settled down.
It is all a bit scary though-Facebook is one thing, but bank accounts would be a very different matter.
