Meeting For Lunch...

....but no luck today. I watched from the footbridge as many ducks, mostly mallards, were swimming towards the old ferry slipway. They gather here as it is next to the Green Dragon pub garden and usually they get tit bits from the customers. It was very cold and breezy and nobody fancied sitting outside when there was a nice fire glowing inside the pub, so after having a look around, the ducks started to swim back up river. It's awful when you arrange to meet somewhere for lunch and the place is closed !
