and it's a rest and stretch day on the schedule so that's ok with me too. we did a 30 minute full stretch which was ace. much easier than running...

daisy was pleased to be back at band and dad is teaching her and connor a runrig tune. dougal likes sitting on her knee when she's practicing and he miaows after every tune.
