It got worse

Twelve years ago we were treated to the heaviest snow in 18 years. I guess this time we must have just beaten that record. Twelve years ago we didn't have a power supply to the house anyway, and therefore we are set up to cope without electricity. The electricity failed completely around lunchtime. 

I think this event is going to gobble up my extras!
