Is it good enough ?

A question I often ask myself looking at a new building.

For me, the answer in this case is yes. I really like this new apartment block. Not fussy, and I really like the detail of windows and balconies. Hodder Associates are the architects.

It also works because of its relationship with the older buildings nearby. The India Rubber Works building and the former mills on Cambridge Street set it off well.
