A Dog's Life

I'm thinking it would certainly be easier to exist as one of the canine variety.....;-) Little Ro was gifted this books for Christmas, and it's surprisingly useful :-) 

I've neglected my journal a little, I shall have to back blip when I've time. 

This week has been crazy. Ridiculous crazy with lots to deal with.

I finally, after a three viewings on Saturday, found a buyer for my house. One who also offered the full asking price on second ask. Only to find out the house that I wanted, although still for sale on the website, had an offer accepted before Christmas. Despite me asking to be notified should another offer come in. Disappointed doesn't even cover it. 

We did try one desperate last-ditch attempt, and offered to be a cash buyer. But they've decided to go with the chain, as they will get more money. They'll let us know if it falls through. Sad :-( 

So now, what to do? Looks like I shall have to decline my offer, although there's not really much around where I want to be. 

I'm so tired this week. It seems to be 6am faster than ever!
