Snowmageddon

Yeah right! By 11am it was pouring with rain, and very cold. It was a stressful day and I was feeling really ratty, as I feel a bit stuck now I've lost the house. 

We had to go trekking over to another school after work for a "moderation' meeting. Total waste of time in my eyes, but it was useful to touch base with some other colleagues, and I like to be nosy and ask how they run their classes. Interesting to hear different perspectives.

I left at 5pm, and snow had already settled on my car. It took me 30 minutes to get home but it was not to bad considering. I had a nice bath and hair wash and had a chill out evening.

* The picture is terrible, but despite the leaves turning black and dropping off, Daphne seems to have survived, and is full of little pink buds :-)
