Winging Home

So the trip home was an adventure….
For a start I was safely tucked away in an overhead locker and got rudely disturbed and shifted to another one as The “B’s” got upgraded to a "Sky Couch”. This is. I think, an Air NZ thing and wonderful if you are travelling with young children as the footrests fold up to make a 3 seat bed and the idea with adults is that you adopt a sorta “Spoon” pose.
Well The “B’s” were game for anything but it was not the most comfortable as the space is tight and you have to wear a “Cuddle” seat belt which goes over the two of you but The Boss did go to sleep for a while but woke up nearly seized solid and they decided to abandon the experiment.
The really grreat benefit however was this image as they got shifted to a window seat and The Boss lifted the shade at some early hour and came upon this, probably about a half hour out from Auckland.
Special note…No retouching here. it was a wonderful sunrise.
So I am home…Safely still attached to my Pak but sitting with a view out the Boss’s studio window…Big T is arriving tomoro.

Pawscript….Tech tip….When you take photo’s out of plane windows and it is darker outside there will be reflections on the glass from inside. So hold the iPhone hard against the glass….No reflections and sharp images. Be careful not to drop the phone.

Well that’s the end of this adventure. I have no doubt that I will be pressed into service again but it was wonderful to hear from you all while travelling and in the US of A, there is wifi everywhere.
There will be a book in the fullness of time.

Wiif….
Tiny.
